Meet the Founder

Shreya Kulkarni

Shreya Kulkarni is a 17 year old junior at Independence High School in Texas. Ever since her parents enrolled her in a public speaking contest at the age of six years old and she won a first prize trophy, she knew she wanted to use her power of communication for the greater good. This event sparked her passion for public speaking and she began competing in contests all over her county. In 7th grade Shreya began to branch out and try similar interests such as debate. After excelling in this as well, Shreya knew she should have a career in the field of Law. Joining the second place state Mock Trial team solidified her passion and she began to explore how she can make a difference in the field of law today. After joining a class known as Independent Study and Mentorship, Shreya began to conduct research on Patent Law. At the start of her research she was able to find out that a key issue in this field is the lack of attorneys wanting to partake in this job. After 5 months of conducting research through articles and interviews, Shreya compiled a presentation regarding information about the field of patent law and presented it to high schools and middle schools in her area in order to educate students about this field of law in hopes more individuals would go into it. After her success with this, she began to combine her love for politics and branch out to research another aspect of Intellectual property law: Copyright. After conducting research regarding how to follow copyright laws under her mentor Mr.Edwin Bautista, she was able to aid him in his campaign in teaching him about safe copyright compliance. This motivated Shreya to create this organization to help other political individuals throughout America.
